Management skills required
- Michelin experience and good English required.
- Exceptional leadership skills to develop an experienced and talented team.

Chefs skills required
- Any Michelin experience and good English language is required.
- Significant restaurant experience at a 1 / 2 Michelin star or 4 / 5 AA Rosette restaurant.
- Chef must have excellent, creative cooking skills as well as strong people management.
- Head chef must have experience working within high quality fresh food led kitchens.
- Passionate about food and continually pushing standards.
- A team player with an outgoing and self starter attitude.
- Enthusiastic about exceeding expectations through delicious food.
- Be able to work alongside the front-of-house team to deliver great guest satisfaction and high-end service.
- A keen eye for detail to deliver excellent standards in every dish served.

Front-of-House skills required
- Any Michelin experience and good English language is required.
- Significant restaurant experience at a 1/ 2 Michelin star or 4 / 5 AA Rosette restaurant.
- A clear passion to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Excellent knowledge of world wines, spirits and cocktails.
- Be very well organised with an excellent attention to detail.
- Smart presentation and a friendly yet professional personality.
- Resilient nature and ability to work under pressure.
- A strong team working ethic.
- Genuine and sincere nature with a real passion for customer service.
- Natural confidence and first-class interpersonal skills.
