An esteemed High Net Worth client in Qatar is seeking an experienced Senior Administration Officer to oversee and manage their luxury hospitality properties.
About Role:
The Senior Administration Officer is responsible for providing a range of administrative support services and assistance to the Chief Executive Officer’s (CEO) office, managing the daily activities of the CEO. The individual is responsible for the smooth operation of the CEO’s office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative roles from managing the CEO calendar, receiving, and screening calls, and handling incoming and outgoing emails.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and assist with the scheduling of meetings and conference.
- Organise, categorise, and maintain documents, information, and records in a structured and accessible manner, ensuring seamless retrieval.
- Provide a link for smooth communication between the CEO and staff, and support to the Senior Management Team.
- Assist in sorting and following up on communication to the CEO’s office, including delegation to other divisions and action monitoring as needed, ensuring that replies and actions comply with the CEO’s priorities and timelines.
- Attend meetings as per the instruction of the CEO, record minutes of the meetings, assign responsibility for action items to respective stakeholders, and support the preparation of presentation materials.
- Maintain and store business-critical documents and reports while maintaining the confidentiality of the papers.
- Draft correspondence that requires the CEO’s signature and prepare suitable written responses to incoming correspondence.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and different stakeholders.
- Perform all other duties as assigned as per business requirements.
Desired Skill(s) & Competencies
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Demonstrates good interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Arabic and English (both written and verbal).
- Good communication abilities.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree/ High School Diploma.
At least 7 years of experience as Executive Assistant to C – Level.
